Delivery Information
Our website is dedicated to bringing you the best seeds in the most efficient way possible. To ensure that our customers are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly. However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:
We ship all over the USA.
If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3-5 days, and due to COVID-19 there may be delays in shipping and will then return it back to the CN CAPITAL office.
It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. 'if out, leave with neighbor' or 'round back of house', etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.
Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither CN CAPITAL nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.
Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
PROCESSING TIME FOR DELIVERY:
3 business days for all orders.
CANCELLATION:
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS:
At CN CAPITAL, we believe that any item purchased, should be of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. We are committed to supplying only the best quality seeds to our customers. However, the customer’s rights, in case of a faulty product, depend on the nature of the fault and on the time period for which the customer has had the goods. We assure you that if any problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. We are always striving to make sure that all the information available on cncapital.com at any given time is completely accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free. We make no representations about the suitability of a particular purpose of any of the products available on this website.
